How does this website work for job seekers?

You answer all our questions and we produce a well constructed, searchable CV in PDF format which is stored on the system under your unique ID number.

Employers seeking spa staff search the system for appropriate and promising candidates.

If an employer chooses your CV we contact you via email telling you about the job and where the vacancy is - and we ask you if you are interested in applying for this position.

If you are not interested, your personal details will not be forwarded to the employer, who is simply told that candidate ID XXX does not wish to be interviewed for this job.

If you are interested, we forward your full CV including your name and contact details to the employer, who is then free to email or call you to discuss the position in more detail.

How does this website work for employers?

Direct Purchase of CVs and Free Job Ads 

You enter your criteria into our 'smart-search' system and well matched candidate CVs are automatically drawn from our data base for you to examine in detail. You should also post your vacancy on our jobs board free of charge.

You then shortlist your selection of anonymous CVs and choose which ones you would like to pursue. 

Basket the chosen CVs and commit a 'CV Credit' for each candidate's contact details you want to obtain, (at £100 for one credit to £500 for 12 months Unlimited* credits). On checkout we then contact these candidates to make sure they are interested in your position. Employers with several vacancies to fill or with ongoing recruitment needs can benefit further by buying credits in bulk.

Once each candidate's interest has been confirmed - automatically if they have replied to an ad - a CV credit is used and their contact details are released for you to follow up directly. (If a chosen candidate declines the opportunity, their contact details are not released, and the CV Credit committed returns to your account)

You give us your criteria and we search our data base for well matched candidates.

We choose the best candidates and contact them to asses their suitability in more detail.

We then send you our special selection of anonymous CVs for you to consider.

You choose which ones you would like to pursue and we release those contact details to you.

This extra service is invoiced at £1000 per candidate you go on to employ.
