Job Summary:

The purpose of this role is to provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients, welcoming them, checking them in and dealing with any complaint or issue, answering their questions about products and services and make sure they have a great experience. Assist with salon operation, provide reservations, and sell retail and addons.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients.

2. Check in clients in and welcoming them.

3. Sell Retail and Addons

4. Provide reservations

5. Process POS transactions

6. Assist with salon operation such as resolving client complaints, stock management and other day to day salon activities.

Requirements:

1. Strong English Speaking and writing skills

2. Customer service experience

3. Sales experience

4. Sales driven

5. Ability to deal with client complaints

6. Confident

7. Fast learner, ability to understand and memorize lots of information within a timely manner

8. Ability to work under pressure or occasional stressful circumstances

•    Greet and welcome clients to the outlet
•    Answer incoming queries and provide customer service support
•    Maintain good customer relations
•    Serve and attend to clients
•    Provide basic and accurate promotions receptionist duties such as photocopying or in relation to company supplies
•    Perform other clerical duties
•    Perform counter duties such as POS system and cashiering
•    Upsell promotions and membership program
•    Speaks conversational English and competent writing skills
•    Good telephone communication skills
•    Excellent organizational skills
•    Multitasking and provide good customer service attitude
•    Skills in Office Management tools are a plus
•    Training will be provided

Working Location :
•    CBD Area, North Bridge Road

Working Hours:

•    6 days work week

Salary:

Requirements:
•    Candidates should possess at least an N Level
•    Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position is a plus
•    Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
