Is registration Free?
Yes - and you are encouraged to explore the website, search for CVs and read as many of them as you like. You can even post jobs free of charge 24/7.

What's the catch?
There isn't one! Our aim is to give employers free and easy access to quality CVs. You only pay when you find a CV you really like and want to pursue - and even then you only use up a CV credit to access their contact details after the candidate has confirmed their interest in the position you are trying to fill.

Are job ads really free?
Advertising your position through us incurs no charge - you get to see all the CVs submitted in response, but only pay for the contact details of the CVs you wish to pursue. So you could find your ideal candidate for as little as £100 - and you lose absolutely nothing by trying this approach.

How do I search through your database of CVs - won't it take loads of time?
You will be asked a short series of questions about the kind of person you're looking for - skills, work experience and so on - and our system sifts through our database for you, so that only candidates matching the criteria you set are presented to you. You can then modify your search if you want to - to narrow the results further, or to broaden them by relaxing a 'nice to have' requirement. You will get to the particular CVs you want in just a couple of minutes. You will find it all much easier than sifting through a bunch of CVs arriving in the mail.

Can I print out my favourite CVs to show others in my team?
No problem - CVs can be printed out either before you've purchased them, so without contact details, or after you've bought them, with full contact details. And the CVs are all in a single, consistent format, making them easy to compare with each other.

How do I know my chosen candidates will be interested?
When you basket your CVs and 'check out', each candidate you've chosen gets an email from us asking them to confirm that they are interested in the position you are trying to fill. The moment they confirm their interest we release their contact details to you, so you can contact them directly and get on with your normal interviewing process. It's very fast - you could be talking to your ideal candidate within hours of a vacancy occurring.

How do I buy CVs?
We sell credits for £100 for one up to £500 for 12 months unlimited* use. 1 bought CV = 1 credit used. You will have a personal account and any unused credits have a limitless life*. You can purchase 1 credit each time you want to buy 1 CV, or you may choose to take advantage of our bulk discount terms. Having a small stock of credits makes recruiting even quicker and easier when returning in a hurry to find a CV to fill that important vacancy.

What happens If I basket and pay for a CV and the candidate isn't interested?
Your credit is kept in your account for future use - it has an unlimited expiry date.

Do you interview candidates and check their references and qualifications?
No - doing that is very time consuming and, though agencies charge large fees for such a service, it is not always reliable. Our market research shows that employers would rather find quality CVs at an affordable rate and pursue the candidate directly, so that is our focus - a pick and pay service for quality CVs at a very reasonable price, fast.

I don't have time to search - can you do this for me?
Yes, we can - we call it our 'platinum' service. When this is requested we contact you to discuss any specific requirements you may have concerning the candidates you are seeking. We then do the search on your behalf and when candidates show interest we follow them up and inform you of our selection. The fee for this service is £1000 per candidate you employ. If you decide to employ none of them, we make no charge - so, if we fail, the platinum service will have cost you nothing.
