Job type: 1 position to be filled - Fixed term contract, possibility of permanent contract
10 cabin - 6 cabin SPA Biologique Recherche (fully renovated spa) with 2 cabin medical clinic
Expected start date: 01/10/2022
Working hours : 39 hours per week

PROFILE REQUIRED
Gifted with a sense of service, impeccable presentation, you behave in a professional, organised and welcoming manner.
You have a very good sense of interpersonal relations and communicate easily in French with a language worthy of a high-end establishment.
You will need to be Fluent in English or French and have a strong understanding of the other.
You are able to handle stress in any situation, while remaining smiling and pleasant.
You are punctual, leading by example and consider yourself a motivated figure
Versatile, dynamic and autonomous, available and diligent
Have a good understanding of spa treatments and holistic therapies.
Lead a team to excellence, implanting 5* operational protocols
Have strategic experience for hitting sales targets.
You already have similar professional experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Welcoming clients in accordance with the codes and standards of the Spa's welcome charter,
Informing clients of all their requests
Invoicing of services, daily spa account management
Creating Daily / weekly sales Reports
Strategic sales planning to hit sales targets.
Sale of cosmetic products and commercial advice on all the services of the establishment
Know and promote all the services of the Spa and related activities
Optimise treatment schedules to increase turnover
Ensure telephone presence and keep e-mails up to date
Maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa
Ensuring that the spa and changing rooms are set up and restocked.
Team planning.
Liaise with outside professionals within the spa
