About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a fully qualified Massage/Spa Therapist in our Health Club.
The ideal Massage Therapist will be able to carry out the full range of massage and treatments and promote the services that is offered to the standards required by the Hotel.
Your main duties will include:
-Perform a professional service according to standard with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.
-Assist in promoting spa & body care products to guests and offer full product knowledge of the in house product houses carried by the spa.
-To up sell and upgrade where possible, ensuring that all details are accurately recorded.
-Responsible for a meet and greet of clients, providing world class customer service and exceeding the clients expectations.
-Deliver product and treatment retail sales from targets set by the Spa Manager.
-To ensure full compliance with our standards and assist the Spa Manager to ensure all therapists receive updates to changes and receive quarterly assessments to ensure standards are met or exceeded.
In order to be considered for this role the ideal Massage Therapist will have completed and passed a recognised international qualification in Beauty and Massage Therapy.
You will also have a proven track record of working in a similar role for a minimum of one year in a high quality beauty environment outlet.
This candidate will also be able to demonstrate that they are competently able to carry out a variety of beauty therapy treatments.
As well as the technical experience, it is also essential that you have very good people skills and are fully customer focused.
Experience of interacting with clients of different nationalities and managing an individual's expectations is paramount.
A good command of the English language (verbal and written) is essential.
