Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.
Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's culture, and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's "Great" Service Standards at all times.
Provide exceptional Guest service to all Guests.
Greet all Guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer all spa phone inquiries according to standards.
Greet each Guest by name, when established.
Responsible for booking all spa and salon appointments accurately.
Call back guests to confirm appointments.
Keep desk area and spa reception area and lobby clean and organized.
Complete all necessary opening and closing duties.
Assist spa management with booking all group spa and salon appointments accurately.
Must be knowledgeable regarding all spa and salon treatments and be able to explain them in detail to Guests.

Give Guests tours of the spa and explain all amenities in detail.
Must complete all training courses as specified by management.
Offer each spa and salon Guest a beverage and reading material while they are waiting for their appointment.
Must input information accurately into the spa booking system.
Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
Valid Health Card.
Minimum one-year customer service experience, hotel preferred.
Previous spa experience.
Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color, and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Show Less
