Support and promote the image, service and standards of the spa. In the absence of the Spa Manager, manage, maintain and operate the spa to the best of your abilities. Assist in supervising the performance and needs of the spa. Monitor and maintain the integrity of each treatment room and the entire spa. Ensure that the spa operates as a safe, relaxing and positive environment for guests and staff. Be a resource to guests and other staff on spa treatments, protocols and products. Be a team player, promoting the spa and other properties. Manage the day-to-day operations of the spa's front desk, and retail areas.

Promote a positive and healthy working environment for all spa staff.
Fulfill any reasonable requests of the staff members, guests and management.
Ensures guest satisfaction and comfort throughout the spa experience.
Communicate with management and other team members, regarding guest or service concerns.
Manage and maintain front desk and all service areas.
Ensure that all staff perform as prescribed by spa protocols and policies.
Punctual and consistent attendance and performance of job duties.
Monitor other staff's attendance and performance.
Sets the ambiance for relaxation.
Assist in keeping the dispensary clean and organized.
Understands all the operational goals and needs of the spa.
Inventory, order and assist in the promotion of the spa’s retail offerings.
Attend all educational events and meetings sponsored by the spa.

The incumbent must exhibit job and product knowledge to accurately support and promote all departments, amenities and programming ventures.

The incumbent must keep information confidential as directed in the confidentiality agreement and furthermore support and comply with all Spa policies, procedures, and standards.
The incumbent is responsible for protecting the Spa's assets.
