JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Provide individualized nail services and treatments to clients, including manicures and pedicure, gel, acrylic. nail art. Remove previously applied nail polish, shape and smooth the ends of nails, clean the nails, soften, push back and trim nail cuticles, and apply polish onto nails.
2. Creative and artistic, with a very strong eye for detail. Work carefully and take pride in meeting customer expectations. Have good interpersonal skills and can carry on a conversation with anyone.
3. Collaborated with owners for effective employee production and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintained clean and sanitary work environment and overseen public safety through a variety of processes.
5. Recommended and sold nail products that were useful to their needs, followed up with clients regarding their experience and the level of customer service received in order to generate the next appointment, resolved miscommunications between clientele and other nail technicians.
Greeted all guests in a warm and friendly manner to create a positive first impression of the studio. Upgrading services and products, encouraging clients to rebook and get more services on their next visit, building relationships with clients in order to build clientele.
