As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing professional and personalized spa treatments to clients, promoting relaxation, rejuvenation, and overall well-being. Your role involves delivering a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and serene spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs, preferences, and any medical considerations.
Assess clients' skin condition, health history, and other relevant information to determine the most suitable treatments.
Spa Treatment Delivery:

Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other therapeutic services.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Recommend home care routines, and promote products or services that enhance their overall experience.
Hygiene and Sanitation:

Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe spa environment.
Sterilize and maintain equipment, tools, and spa facilities according to established protocols.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with other spa professionals, to create a cohesive and comprehensive spa experience for clients.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
