About the Job:

As a Massage Therapist you will be responsible for providing a range of world-class massage treatments to our customers while delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients feel relaxed and at ease throughout their visit. Additionally, you will promote spa deals and retail products, conduct general operational tasks, and keep our facility in pristine condition, ready to welcome guests. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience will be essential in this role.

Pay & Benefits:

- Competitive pay ranging from $25.00 per hour to $29.66 per hour based on skills and experience.

Excited to be expanding our team! We have been servicing St.Croix in downtown Christiansted since 2014. We are looking for a Massage Therapist who is passionate about promoting a holistic approach to personal health. You should be familiar with various massage services that can help reduce pain and stress, such as deep tissue, Swedish, reflexology, shiatsu, prenatal, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage massage. Our ideal candidate must be able to make a client feel comfortable and encourage them to return for additional treatment. To apply for this position, you must have Massage Therapist certification and state licensure.
Massage Therapist Duties and Responsibilities

Provide various types of massage services
Develop treatment plans
Maintain client records

Massage Therapist Requirements and Qualifications

Completion of a post-secondary training program in massage
VI license or the ability to transfer license to here
Ability to be confidential with client information
Ability to stand for long periods
Manual dexterity

We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic therapists who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Role Responsibilities:
·    You will be a core part of the unique brand experience - including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver.
·    Excellent massage and facial services - all training will be given in our specialised treatments, but we expect some experience of these

·    Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
