Our luxury Day Spa is looking for passionate Massage Therapists to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with salon Massage and Body Treatments. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills are a necessity.
- Handles guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating requests whenever possible;
- Performs all massage and body treatments work to the highest standard,
- Up-selling and cross promoting our other products and treatments.
- Uses her/his passion to deliver great customer service
- Ensures Health and Safety requirements are maintained within the treatment area.

Qualifications
- High standards in customer care and hygiene with previous working experience.
- Eagerness to help the customer achieve his/her objectives for visiting the spa.
- ability to do customer consultations, upselling and sales of retail products in the treatment room or after treatment.
- Qualified in multiple functions massage therapists and body therapies.
- Face Massage Diploma will be considered an extra advantage.
- Works against set KPI’s

What is important? What we are looking for:

- Must have excellent communications skills in English Language.
