Position Summary
We are seeking skilled Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapists (LMBTs) to join our team. Therapists provide intentional, therapeutic massage sessions that complement the bathhouse experience. LMBTs that are passionate about bodywork, grounded in ethical practice, and comfortable working in a collaborative wellness environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide up to five (5) 60-minute massage sessions per day
Review client intake forms and perform thorough intake with guests
Maintain proper SOAP documentation and uphold confidentiality in line with HIPAA and NCBMBT standards
Perform signature House techniques
Collaborate with the Guest Services team to support a seamless guest transition into the bathhouse
Maintain clean massage treatment rooms, following sanitation protocols
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and continued education
What We’re Looking For
Valid North Carolina LMBT license (required)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Strong communication skills and a guest-centered approach
Interest in working in a bathhouse setting
Commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork

Pay Details
$15 per hour + tips
Starting $20 bonus per appointment with incentives to grow!

Requirements
Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
Ability to complete tasks independently and on time with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills
Valid driving licence and related driving experience considered a plus
