She should have an 2-3 years of experience in 5 star hotel as a spa manager
She should be able to do the guest interactions, communication should be excellent She should be flexible with the working hours She should have knowledge of any spa & hotel software
She should be excellent in Microsoft Office, specially excel
She should be able to make balance within the team members She should be well versed with spa operations
She should have technical knowledge of treatments and products
She should be a sales oriented so that she can upgrade the figures
She should have an experience of handling the team strength of at least 20 therapists
She should be able to handle the pressure of finance, operations and corporate
She should be comfortable working at any part of the hotel premises
She should be well aware about handling the location inventories She should be able to make a balance between Hotel and Sanghvi Brands
