Wellness Spa is a new, high-end wellness spa opening in Dubai, Business Bay, offering premium massage, jacuzzi, hydroherapy and herbal tea.
We are currently hiring a Spa Manager to prepare the opening, hire the team and manage the spa.
The ideal candidate is literate in English and and experience managing massage spa.
You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service quality, and supporting a team of therapists. This is a full-time, hands-on leadership position where your ability to manage people, maintain standards, and provide VIP services, welcoming environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Create service menu. Build and manage a team of professional therapists
Create staff schedules and manage daily operations
Train, mentor, and support staff to ensure high performance
Ensure smooth client experiences and uphold 5-star service standards
Monitor inventory, manage bookings, and handle client feedback
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years’ spa or wellness management experience
Confident, organized, and people-focused
Ability to relocate and work in Dubai full-time
