The Role: We seek a talented and experienced Massage & Fitness Coach.
Description Brief: The Wellness Coach is responsible for leading scheduled fitness classes, conducting Personal Training Sessions, and providing Massage Therapy. These fitness professionals have extensive experience, particularly in yoga and massage. The Wellbeing Coach must be well-versed in all fitness and spa services offered, hold current certifications, and have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Excellent customer service skills are essential to create a high-quality environment and deliver instruction that meets our guests' health and exercise needs. Minimum Requirements:
-Certification in Yoga, Pilates, TRX and other forms of fitness.
-Must hold an International/National qualification.
-Certification in Massage Therapy.
-Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
-Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
-Excellent communication and listening skills, as well as basic computer skills.
-Must be able to present information in front of a large group.
-Must be a team player.
