THE POSITION
The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Head of Wellness in overseeing the daily operations and ongoing development of the Spa. This role ensures the Spa and wellness areas consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Boutique Group standards while maintaining operational efficiency. The Assistant Spa Manager fosters team morale, implements innovative solutions, and supports financial management, promotions, and events to ensure the Spa remains a leader in the wellness industry.
RESPONSABILITIES
Operational Management
Oversee all Spa and Salon areas, including Front Desk, Fitness Facilities, Locker Rooms, Relaxation Lounge, Treatment Rooms, and Retail spaces, ensuring alignment with Boutique Group standards.
Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness, coordinating with housekeeping, laundry, and engineering to address any issues promptly.
Ensure the integration of spa operations with hotel services, aligning with wellness trends and guest needs.
Manage administrative duties, including requisitions, inventory control, and cost-effective usage of spa-related products, adhering to budgets.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by consistently upholding the Spa’s luxury service standards and responding promptly to guest feedback.
Coordinate group bookings and conduct on-site spa tours for meeting planners and VIPs.
Represent the spa in external events and activities that align with its philosophy and enhance its visibility.

2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a club or spa setting.
A degree in hospitality management, wellness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
