Luxury Spa | International Opportunity
An independent luxury spa is seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations and support the successful launch of a newly developed wellness destination.
We are seeking a polished, confident, hands-on leader with strong experience in luxury spa operations, guest experience, team leadership, and service excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead day-to-day spa operations and maintain luxury service standards
- Manage, coach, and support an international team of therapists and front-of-house staff
- Oversee guest experience, service recovery, and treatment quality
- Implement and maintain SOPs, service protocols, and operational standards
- Support pre-opening readiness, staff onboarding, and launch activities
- Oversee scheduling, inventory, treatment-room utilization, and daily operational flow
- Coordinate staff training and ongoing performance development
- Identify opportunities to improve guest experience, services, and revenue
- Provide regular operational updates to ownership
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Previous spa management or comparable spa leadership experience
- Luxury spa, five-star hotel, resort, or premium wellness experience strongly preferred
- Pre-opening experience highly desirable
- Experience leading multicultural or international teams
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and luxury guest service
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional presentation, confidence, discretion, and emotional intelligence
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- International work experience strongly preferred
