Responsibilities:
• Support the management of spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Supervise, train, and develop the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Enhance the guest experience by implementing the principles of the Minos Method.
• Resolve issues and manage guest complaints effectively, ensuring the highest quality of service.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop and promote holistic wellbeing programs.
• Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Analyze spa operational data, propose improvements, and support strategic objectives.
Ideal candidates should have:
• Previous experience in a managerial role within spa, wellness, or hospitality, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in guiding and managing teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and empathy.
• Knowledge of wellness practices such as nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and holistic therapies.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions.
• A strong customer-service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Good command of English (knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset).
