This role is responsible for the full operational management of a luxury spa, ensuring the delivery of a consistently high standard of service and guest experience.
The Spa & Wellness Manager will lead and develop the team, drive commercial performance across treatments and retail, and implement wellness initiatives aligned with current industry trends. This position requires a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable managing people, performance, and the guest journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Maintain exceptional guest experience standards in line with luxury hospitality expectations
Drive revenue through treatments, retail sales, and wellness offerings
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing spa team
Manage staff schedules, performance, and ongoing development
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Track financial performance, budgets, and key performance indicators
Implement operational procedures and continuously improve service standards
Stay current with wellness trends and introduce relevant offerings
Candidate Profile
Confident, detail-oriented, and guest-focused
Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
Warm, engaging, and service-driven personality
Strong understanding of luxury wellness environments and client expectations
Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams and stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2-year qualification in Spa, Beauty, or Wellness
Minimum 7+ years’ experience within luxury spa or wellness environments
At least 2–3 years in a management or supervisory role
Strong commercial awareness with experience in revenue generation and retail performance
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Own reliable vehicle
