Asia's most awarded aesthetic spa - is looking for an experienced Therapist for their aesthetic spa in Berlin. The clinic offers high end facial and wellness treatments.
We are a successful aesthetic beauty spa based in Bali and Maldives for the last 8 years, including winner of Asia's best Medical Spa and Bali's best spa. We are now expanding to Berlin and looking for a bright, enthusiastic, skilled therapists and aestheticians to join us for a full time position.
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic therapists who have excellent sales and communication to explain treatments and provide a superior professional experience in service.

Role Responsibilities:
·    You will be a core part of the unique brand experience - including personalise client experience, warm and inviting communication and a problem solver.
·    Excellent massage and facial services - all training will be given in our specialised treatments, but we expect some experience of these
·    Meets and greets clients warmly and has is detailed in following our service process
·    Upsell of our treatments and services, to the clients requirements and budget
·    Maintains a clean and sanitary treatment room, waiting area and front desk
·    Very well groomed professional personal appearance
·    Promotes and sells our retail products
Requirements include:
- Qualified relevant skills qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking and ability to be calm and respond professionally while under pressure
- Passion towards guest service
- Flexible schedule, days and hours
- Self motivated and goal driven
- Warm, friendly personality with clear communication
- Experience as a beauty, hairdresser, pedicure and manicure is a plus

This is a full time permanent role and includes great benefits such as salary and bonus
Full training will be given.
This role is based in Berlin for minimum 1 year contract.
Salary 2.000 € net per month, plus commissions and benefits

* Greet the client warmly and by their name, show them to the therapy room and indicate where everything is, ensuring the highest client care is given out at all times.
* Be knowledgeable about all facilities, products, and treatments offered within the Spa, informing the client of availability when requested.
* Ensure that high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to in the treatment rooms and grooming lounge at all times.
* Sell the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge.
* Be flexible if colleagues need help within other areas of the Spa.
* Attend any necessary training courses in-house or external.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
 To perform the highest standard of treatments with a professional manner ensuring that
guest experience exceeds expectation
 To perform consultations with each guest to ensure we meet guests requirements of the
treatment
 To ensure the guest does not have any contra- indications to the treatment, where needed
advice/alternative treatment given and consult Spa Trainer/Head Therapist for additional
advice.
 To maintain correct stock level of products used within treatments following set standards in
all treatments to minimalize wastage at all times
 To always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments arriving 15 minutes prior to
your shift in accordance with company policy
 To comply with set arrangements for the opening and closing of the treatment room
following set standards and work together and promote team work amongst your colleagues
 To actively participate in assisting clients, cleaning and arranging the spa, inventory counts
and meeting and greeting the clients from check in to check out at all times.
 To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
 To keep accurate records and comply with SensAsia Urban Spas policies and procedures at
all times.
 Help to maximize spa revenue by working towards and achieve company and individual pre
determined targets.
 To ensure that the treatment room is at all times set to SensAsia Urban Spas standard, with
all products and equipment in readiness for the shift ahead.
 Maintaining good working relationships with all your colleagues and your superiors.
 To perform any other duties assigned by head therapist/ manager.

SPECIFICATIONS & QUALIFICATIONS
 Ideally certified therapist with experience in a 5* Spa or Hospitality Industry for at least 3
years
 Physical therapy graduate or a graduate of any medical related courses and trained
professionals
 Excellent communication
 Asian nationalities are preferred due to the Spa concept
 With positive, passionate and pleasant attitude
 Ideally with experience in Sales and good customer service skills
