What You'll Do As the Spa Massage Therapist:
You'll provide clients with spa services in accordance with the brand standards of service. Some of Your Responsibilities:
* Conduct treatment consultations and provides guidance and wellness advice to clients.
* Perform a wide range of massage and body services) as listed in the Spa Menu
* Maintain the treatment area in a neat professional manner by stocking products and linens, cleaning and sterilization of instruments.
* Replace linens as needed so that the area is ready for the next client.
* Assist Spa in general clean-up, and housekeeping duties.
* Keep commitments, give regular updates of work progress, timetables and issues to the Spa Manager.
* Address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions.
What you Bring
* Valid Massage license required.
* Cayman Islands Massage license (CPAM) required.
* Minimum 5 years previous technical experience required.
* Luxury spa / resort experience required.
* knowledge of Forbes standards preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills and spa product knowledge.
* Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Present a professional, well-groomed appearance
* Ability to work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
